In the late 20th century, a child was born in Los Angeles, CA. A mighty hero by the name Kawhi, son of Mark. As an infant, Kawhi’s mother dipped him in the magical Los Angeles River, holding him only his ankle. This is where our story begins.
Throughout the course of the 21st century, our hero slayed opponents on the basketball court. His stellar play was only surpassed by his stoic demeanor. He achieved the accolades of Finals MVP, NBA All-Star, and Defensive Player of the Year. Legend has it his corn rows are so tightly braided that they increase blood flow to his brain, causing unearthly stamina on the court.
But in the fateful year of 2017, Kawhi met his match; himself. While being a force on the court, seemingly unstoppable, his one weakness, his ankle. While the sludge and muck of the LA River has somehow coated his body with godlike basketball ability, his mother didn’t dip in his full ankle. Causing our hero’s great downfall.
The legend will continue to face off against great Warriors, but it is unforeseen if Kawhi’s Achilles heel is indeed his ankle.
